Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly at a regular time. Payment by bank transfer or Revolut.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, 48 hours’ notice is required.
Most Irish health insurers cover part of the cost of sessions with an ICP-registered psychotherapist. Please check your own policy for details of your cover.
